Mep Technician Cum Driver

Job Description
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)
systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults inHVAC, lighting, power, water supply, and drainage systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of MEP equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the installation of new systems, including wiring, piping, ducting, and other mechanical and electrical components. Monitor and record system performance data, reporting any abnormalities or potential issues to the supervisor. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety procedures. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors for smooth execution of MEP projects. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. Prepare daily maintenance reports and update records of work completed. Support testing and commissioning activities of MEP systems after installation or maintenance. Continuously update technical knowledge and stay informed about new tools, technologies, and procedures in the MEP field.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
