Job Description

The MEP Technicians will be multi-skilled technicians with the ability and qualifications to undertake both mechanical and electrical, instrumentation system maintenance tasks. The MEP Technicians will be responsible for carrying out allocated project installation control system fault diagnosis and measure, monitor, and control a process. carry out remedial repairs on project works. To be able to work independently with minimal supervision where appropriate, or work as part of a team. Quality of project works and safe working practices are paramount in carrying out the duties.

Requirements

Essential technical and professional skills, knowledge and qualifications

. Ensure compliance with the Serco Management System and all relevant business processes, procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards

. Ensure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance, finance and customer information; reference Serco non-disclosure policy

. To exercise personal duty of care for their own health, safety and welfare and for those affected by their acts or omissions, Serco organisational HSE responsibilities

. Ensure compliance with all training requirements of Serco and ensure adherence to these requirements at all times whilst in employment
