Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS).Install electrical and plumbing fixtures, piping, and wiring according to technical drawings and safety codes.Coordinate with other technicians and departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.Maintain records of work performed and parts used.Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.Qualifications and Skills:Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (ITI or equivalent).Minimum 25 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facility management.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing repairs.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Physically fit and able to work in different environments.
