: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing fixtures.
System Inspections
: Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Troubleshooting
: Identify and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to prevent disruptions in service.
Preventative Maintenance
: Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all MEP equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Technical Reporting
: Prepare and present technical reports detailing the status of MEP systems and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and reduce energy costs.
Collaboration
: Work closely with other team members and departments to optimize workflows and ensure project complete.
Job Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing installations.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues that may arise in MEP systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
Technical certification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing trades
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facility management.
Valid UAE experience is an advantage.
