Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance
: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing fixtures.System Inspections
: Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Troubleshooting
: Identify and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to prevent disruptions in service.Preventative Maintenance
: Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all MEP equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Technical Reporting
: Prepare and present technical reports detailing the status of MEP systems and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and reduce energy costs.Collaboration
: Work closely with other team members and departments to optimize workflows and ensure project compleTERequired Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise
: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, and plumbing installations.Problem-Solving Skills
: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues that may arise in MEP systems.Communication Skills
: Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.Safety Awareness
: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Adaptability
: Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing project requirements.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
