Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the MEP maintenance team (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Inspect MEP systems regularly and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are adhered to.
Diagnose faults and supervise repair work, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain proper documentation of work orders, equipment servicing, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety standards.
Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for specialized services or supply of parts.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
Coordinate with the facility management team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Prepare and submit reports on maintenance performance, equipment condition, and service quality.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in MEP supervision within the UAE, preferably in a facility management environment.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
