Job Description
Role Summary
Install, maintain, service and repair a range of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, equipment. Main Duties & Responsibilities
1.
Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment, for example, steam raising and distribution systems, hot and cold water systems, LPHW boilers, air conditioning and ventilation systems, catering equipment, electrical systems.
2.
Carry out planned maintenance, routine
3.
Interpret and work from drawings and specifications relating to new installations.
4.
Use drawings and manuals to diagnose faults and maintain plant and equipment
5.
Install, maintain, and repair a range of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other equipment following appropriate training
6.
Carry out minor electrical repairs and safety checks.
7.
Carry out minor repairs to the building fabric and furniture
8.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
9.
Routing checking & doing the preventive maintenance of Electrical Systems like MDB, SMDB, DB's etc. & AC Systems like split, package units etc. & plumbing systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,750.00 per month
