Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Technical Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of interior fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) with site, design, and subcontractor teams

Review and follow up on MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents

To prepare the Coordinated (MEP/Arch) shop drawings.

To prepare MEP shop drawings as per the project requirements.

Coordination for the Authority approval drawings.

Ensure proper coordination between MEP and architectural works to avoid clashes

Monitor site progress and support testing, commissioning, and authority approvals

Liaise with consultants, clients, and project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Proven experience in MEP coordination, preferably in fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and site coordination

Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

UAE experience with authority regulations.

BIM Experience is a plus
