Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs.
Coordinate with clients, tenants, and management regarding MEP requirements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
Maintenance Operations:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for:
Electrical systems (DBs, breakers, LV systems)
Plumbing (pipework, pumps, drainage, heaters)
HVAC (split units, ducting, compressors, troubleshooting)
Troubleshoot major MEP issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
Ensure MEP systems operate efficiently and safely.
Technical & Documentation:
Review and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Prepare maintenance reports, job completion forms, and equipment logs.
Monitor material usage and request required spare parts/tools.
Assist in preparing quotations, estimates, and BOQs for maintenance works.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all MEP activities follow
HSE guidelines
and company standards.
Identify hazards, conduct safety toolbox talks, and ensure PPE usage.
Report major breakdowns or risks to the management immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering
.
5-8 years
of experience in MEP maintenance (facility management preferred).
Strong technical knowledge in
HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing
systems.
Experience supervising multi-skilled technicians.
Ability to read MEP drawings and troubleshoot complex issues.
Good communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
