Job Description
: \xe2\x80\xa2Responsible for the complete Electrical, Electro mechanical, Plumbing, , AC works of the buildings/ high rise towers \xe2\x80\xa2Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed \xe2\x80\xa2Manage and supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources. \xe2\x80\xa2Oversee and carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s. \xe2\x80\xa2Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates \xe2\x80\xa2Liaise with technicians to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates. \xe2\x80\xa2Respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests. \xe2\x80\xa2Arrange for inspection from time to time to monitor standard of work and completion schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2Relevant Trade or Experience Certificate \xe2\x80\xa2Good English communication skills with maintenance and repair experience \xe2\x80\xa2Hands on experience worked in a similar role in High rise towers (GCC Experience) \xe2\x80\xa2Candidates with valid Bahrain Driving License will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time
