Job Description
JPH is looking for experienced MEP supervisor with estimation skills. Job roles includes following responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Visit the client premises
- Make estimation of Construction work
- Make estimation of Plumbing work
- Make estimation of Electrical work
- Make estimation of Repairing work
- Get quotations from suppliers and sub contractors
- Submit final quotations to clients
- Supervise the maintenance team to complete the job on time
- Keep the quality standards high
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 Years UAE experience with maintenance company
- Bilingual is preferable (English & Arabic)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- UAE Work: 3 years (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
