Supervise and coordinate all MEP site activities, ensuring work is executed in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor and inspect installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Review MEP shop drawings and coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve design conflicts.
Plan and schedule daily work activities for MEP technicians and subcontractors.
Ensure that all works comply with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare progress reports, material requests, and manpower forecasts.
Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Support project managers in quality assurance, cost control, and timely delivery of MEP works.
Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance on-site when issues arise.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities (for facility management roles).
