MEP SUPERVISOR - Immediate Joining Required

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced

MEP Supervisor

for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues. Develop and implement weekly maintenance schedules, assigning tasks to appropriate staff. Supervise and train maintenance technicians and tradesmen, including electricians and plumbers. Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of MEP systems. Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget. Monitor inventory levels of tools, materials, and equipment. Coordinate maintenance and renovation projects as needed. Enforce compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within MEP or maintenance operations. Strong technical expertise across all building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and maintenance best practices. Experience with budgeting and performance management. Exceptional planning, leadership, and organizational skills. Attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High school diploma required; vocational training or a relevant degree is a plus. Professional certifications (e.g., HVAC, CMRP) are preferred.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Sales experience or a strong sales aptitude will be considered an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
