The MEP Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on site, ensuring all activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm)
Read, interpret, and execute works according to approved
AutoCAD drawings
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams
Ensure compliance with UAE codes, local authority requirements, and safety regulations
Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, and materials
Conduct inspections and resolve site technical issues
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Enforce HSE and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
as an MEP Site Supervisor
Strong knowledge of MEP site execution
AutoCAD knowledge - Mandatory
Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred
Experience in residential, commercial, or villa projects
Knowledge of UAE authority approvals (DEWA, SEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
