We are seeking MEP Site Engineer. for project execution and ensure compliance with UAE regulations Coordinate with project teams Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Prepare reports, BOQs, and technical documentation

Reviewing Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC and ELV Shop Drawings, program and progress. Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project updates effectively. Awareness of DEWA, DCD, DM, DDA Design Approvals rules and regulations. Obtaining DEWA design approvals (Electricity & Water) and arranging for technical discussions with client. Manage a team of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) ensuring effective coordination and high-performance standards. Review consultant designs and specifications to ensure feasibility. Manage daily tasks, including scheduling, assigning work, resource allocation, and problem-solving. Conduct thorough site inspections, review Method / Risk / Health and Safety statements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Skills and Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Manager/Engineer. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, transportation, and team coordination. Smart and dynamic individual with a proactive approach. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance procedures. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team management.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP projects Strong knowledge of local regulations and codes Excellent problem-solving and project management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
