Job Description
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in MEP projects, preferably in the Middle East.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction costs, and contractual procedures.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
