Immediate JoinKey Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and supervise
entire MEP construction projects
from initiation to completion. Review, design, and approve mechanical systems in compliance with FEWA and local authority standards. Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems. Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors effectively. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Prepare progress reports, method statements, and technical submittals. Serve as the main point of contact with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
FEWA approval is mandatory.
Minimum [X] years of experience inMEP construction projects
(GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical design/execution. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects independently. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Immediate availability.Job Type: Full-time
