Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Business Development:

Identifying new project opportunities by networking with consultants and MEP contractors to generate high-quality leads.

Technical Sales & Proposals:

Preparing detailed quotations, technical submittals, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) in coordination with engineering teams.

Client Relationship Management:

Building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders like developers and facility managers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

Market Intelligence:

Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to provide strategic pricing and positioning input to management.

Sales Cycle Management:

Handling the full cycle from lead generation and conducting site visits to negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is often preferred for technical roles, though Business or Marketing degrees are also accepted.

Experience:

Typically 2-5 years of sales experience specifically within the MEP or building materials industry.

Product Knowledge:

Deep understanding of plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, or electrical materials is essential.

Communication:

Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical specs into customer benefits.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
