We are Looking for MEP quantity surveyors(post contract)
Experience 3 to 5 years in MEP contracting company in UAE
Prepare qty take off from drawings
Claiming variations and generate support documents, Coordinate with project managers, engineers to trace changes in IFC and ship drawings.
Maintain proper tracking
Good communication skills
Dealing with main contractors and consultants.
Knowledge about FIDIC contract conditions
Preparation and submission of payment applications on time
Progress monitoring and submission of report daily weekly and monthly
Preparation of subcontractors payment certificate.
