PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Duncan & Ross is currently looking for experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duncan & Ross is currently looking for experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MEP services measurement support for pre-contract cost planning and estimating, BOQ
- production, tender services, contract preparation
- Specialized in measurement of MEP systems, Mechanical, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical, Low Voltage
- Provide measurement support for risk and value management and cost control functions
- Undertaking measurement tasks to support cost analysis project work
- Assist with drafting detailed progress/ cost reports
- Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
- Managing workload with minimal supervision
- Support senior staff in commercial meetings
- IPA and certification management and detail coordination works
- Vo management and close out
- Must have hotel, high rise tower or building project experiences
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised University;
- Min 3 to 5 years experience in the Middle East;
