Job Description
We LEENA Recruit of Companies required the following positions: MEP Quantity Surveyor - 5-8 years Doha Experience. All Applicants should be in Doha and Indian Nationality is preferred Duties: Measuring quantities from drawings using AutoCAD and by hand; Work closely with MEP Project Manager in management and delivery in line with project budget Attending Client and Project meetings; Preparing tender and contract documentation Carrying out tender analysis of bids, preparing reports on findings; Managing the change control process during the construction stage of projects and preparing cost reports; Valuing completed work and arranging payments, including the preparation of completion acts Negotiating with vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and representing the best ethical interests of company and our Client at all times. Prepare, review and monitor construction programmes and report on progress periodically Email CV
