Analyse the Variation request and submit the Variation orders with proper substantiation document as per the consultant requirement.
Preparation of take of quantity from construction drawings
Preparation of Cost Estimation for MEP Works (Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical) and Pricing, Rate Build-up of Materials, Labour, Plants and other misc.
Attend the Technical Meeting with contractor to understand the VO.
Attend the Meeting with consultant if required to finalize the VO
Conversant with contractual conditions variation administration, and advice on any contractual matters.
Prepare the Monthly Interim Payment Application and Submit to the client with substantiation document.
Prepare the Subcontract Payment Evaluation.

Skills Required

Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Quantity Surveying with MEP Background is Must.
Candidates must available in Doha and immediate joinees are highly preferred.
Good Knowledge in AutoCAD
Good time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
