Position Overview
The MEP Quantity Surveyor role at Azizi Developments supports cost planning, tendering, and commercial control for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across major residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and value throughout both tendering and execution stages, working closely with design, procurement, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP Bills of Quantities based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for MEP works using approved methods and tools
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and pricing for MEP materials, labor, and subcontract packages
• Evaluate and compare MEP subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure technical and commercial compliance
• Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders related to MEP works
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure scope clarity and cost control
• Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimization strategies
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, industry standards, and local authority requirements
• Assist in commercial reporting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum eight years of relevant professional experience in the UAE
• Background in cost consultancy or contracting environments
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, cost structures, and measurement practices
• Proven ability to manage costs accurately across tendering and execution stages
• Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
