AtkinsRealis are currently looking for experienced MEP Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost plans, estimates, BOQs
• Measurement, take-offs based on standard method of measurements
• Collaborate with design team for cost studies, value engineering etc.
• Preparation of Tender documentation
• Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs;
• Interim valuations and payment certificates;
• Assisting in variations analysis, recommendations and management;
• Assisting in risk and value management and cost control functions;
• Assisting in costs analysis project work;
• Assisting in preparation of progress/ cost reports;

Experiences and Qualifications:

• Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract MEP cost management services.
• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical component parts of a project and overall construction costs.
• Must have Mixed-use development and Infrastructure experiences
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised University;
• Min 3 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Middle East;
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required;
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
