MEP Projects Manager
to join our contracting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MEP works forwarehouses, villas, and office building projects
, with proven capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all MEP activities across multiple construction sites. Oversee project progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve technical issues. Review drawings, material submittals, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely completion. Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and coordinate with clients and consultants. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
5 to 10 years of UAE experience
in MEP project management. Strong experience inwarehouses, villas, and office building projects
.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Benefits:
