Role Overview

We are looking for an

experienced and proactive MEP Project Manager

to lead and coordinate complex MEP projects from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is delivered

on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of MEP projects in line with contractual obligations Plan, coordinate, and oversee project design, procurement, construction, and commissioning Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Coordinate internal/external MEP design teams within the company Conduct site inspections and enforce safety and quality protocols Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and progress reports Manage budgets, track costs, and handle variations and financial estimates Ensure compliance with

DEWA

, SEWA,

Dubai Civil Defense

,, Municipality, DDA, and all relevant UAE regulations Integrate updates from design teams into ongoing project plans Oversee procurement logistics for materials and equipment Resolve on-site technical challenges promptly and efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical, Electrical,

or related field

PMP certification

is required

10+ years

of UAE-based MEP project management experience Proven ability to lead large-scale MEP projects from start to finish Deep understanding of

Dubai regulatory frameworks

, including DEWA and Civil Defense Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in project management software (e.g.,

MS Project, Primavera

;

BIM/Revit

is a plus) In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and quality assurance Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent knowledge of the English language Good standing
