Mep Project Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all MEP activities across multiple project sites.
Plan, schedule, and track project progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and technical submittals.
Monitor budget, cost control, manpower planning, and material requirements.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance.
Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth site execution.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to the Project Director.
Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards and project specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of MEP project management experience in the UAE.
Proven experience handling multiple sites simultaneously.
Strong understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority approvals.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage site-based challenges.
Full-time, site-based role with potential travel between project locations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (preferred).
Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate (as per your qualification categories).
PMP certification or equivalent (advantage).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design principles, and construction standards.
