will be responsible, but not limited to, the following duties:
Management & Coordination of all activities related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & all other technical services) of the project.
Review concept/ design/ and construction technical documents, Specification for projects.
Manage all high level mechanical systems including plumbing & sewage, fire fighting, irrigation, HVAC experience & all high level electrical systems experience
Oversee inspectors, as provided by others, as necessary for Low Voltage and MEP electrical works.
Supervision of contractor and control of quality on a daily basis. Review of contractor's material, shop drawing and method statement submissions for conformance with contract documents.
Ensure that works are constructed in accordance with the design and contract documentation.
Liaison with the client, contractor and design consultant representatives. Review Contractor's installation method statements re Mechanical works.
Assist in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Attend inspections to ensure that works are constructed in accordance with the contract documentation and method statements
Liaison with the contractor on all construction related matters.
Maintain photo and written diaries to record daily works.
Assist Project / Department Manager to update NOC records and status.
Ensure that material proposed by contractor/ subcontractor is complying with the specification and client requirement.
Ensure the efficiency of the mechanical & electrical system to serve the end user with minimum cost and high quality.
Notifies of material requirements at right time and ensures material deliveries are checked and proper documentation made. Assists in change order cost negotiations.
Adheres to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
Performs MEP commissioning site visits regularly and as needed for high profile and problem projects.

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
