Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervise the team members in accordance with company policies and procedures. Schedule and conduct team meetings. Ensure the Workgroup under his supervision follow the company QHSE policy and procedures. Establish preventive maintenance plan in line with the contractual requirement. Respond to the emergency call outs any time. Allocating the day to day work assignment to the sub-contractors. Issuing necessary permits to execute the facility operation. Liasoning with specialized system maintenance contractors and other sub contractors. Ensuring the completion of subcontract activities within the schedule time. Validating, varifying and ensuring the completion of planned maintenance tasks & additional client requirement on time. Supervising the day day facility operation as per the contractual terms with the client which includes both holidays and working days. Resource allocation/execution of the preventive /Reactive Maintenance Plans. Coordinating internal departments for site-related and material/vendor resources. Coordinating with client representative on day to day facilities management. Orientation & job training to the subordinates. Update and maintain client asset register & its maintenance history. Reporting the day to day operational issues to the Manager. Generate daily weekly and monthly reports on facilities operations. Maintaining the facilities execution records. Maintaining the F & B request, especially the kitchen exhaust cleaning and maintenance of the Ecology unit. Supervise the team for the installation and troubleshooting of HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing system. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• UAE /GCC experience as MEP project manager: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Have you did BE/B.Tceh (Mechanical) (Required)
