The Role
Position Title: MEP Project Manager Employment Type: Fulltime Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus car allowance Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well established group of companies with expertise in diversified business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism, food & beverage and hospitality : . Coordinate and manage all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in all restaurant branches . Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan . Manage the MEP design including all inputs, coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives. . Arrange full construction (MEP Installation & planning) support during the design phase to maximize constructability . Oversee the project team's work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestones
Requirements
Qualifications: ? Open to Asian nationals ? Male, 40 years and below ? Should have at least 5 years of working experience in the same role ? Must have a valid UAE driving license ? Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
