We are Urgently looking for a competent MEP Procurement Engineer. Candidate Must have 2- 4 years UAE Experience.

Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify material and equipment requirements.
Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation) and obtain competitive quotations from approved suppliers and subcontractors.
Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of supplier offers in coordination with engineering and project teams.
Negotiate terms, prices, delivery schedules, and payment conditions to achieve the best value.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation in line with company policies.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and site teams for material inspection and delivery management.
Maintain and update the approved vendor database and develop new vendors when required.
Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.
Monitor market trends, price changes, and availability of materials.
Track procurement status reports and update project teams regularly.
Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, material discrepancies, or supplier performance.
