to join our team and support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, excellent planning skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules for MEP activities using Primavera or MS Project.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate planning and timely execution.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project updates.
Track project milestones, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
Review design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate planning.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and compare actual performance vs. planned schedules.
Support project managers in forecasting, resource planning, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP planning or project control.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in
Primavera
(mandatory) and MS Office tools.
Understanding of project management methodologies and construction processes.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
