Develop, monitor, and update MEP project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Can work across multiple projects simultaneously.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules.
Monitor project progress and resource usage to ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.
Prepare and update MEP planning documents, look-ahead schedules.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on MEP progress for internal and client reporting.
Support in the preparation of extension of time claims related to MEP scope.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
4 to 5 years of experience in MEP planning or a similar role.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
