Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design effectively. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays in MEP installation. Prepare and manage the procurement schedule for MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability and compliance with specifications. Collaborate with site teams to ensure MEP work is executed according to the approved plans and standards. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions related to MEP aspects. Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and generate reports for stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final handover materials. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the MEP project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for technical understanding. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors effectively on-site. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, is critical for efficient scheduling. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, is necessary for informed decision-making. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus for multinational projects. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges during project execution.
