We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Head of Operations - MEP / Operations Manager - MEP

to lead and oversee our MEP operations across large-scale

villa and high-rise building projects in the UAE

. The ideal candidate must possess extensive UAE market experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing multi-project operations at a senior management level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall MEP operations, ensuring successful delivery of villa and high-rise projects across the UAE. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability. Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications. Manage and mentor senior project managers, engineers, and site teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, local authority approvals, HSE standards, and quality management systems. Monitor financial performance, cost control, risk management, and resource allocation across projects. Provide regular operational and performance reports to top management and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).

Minimum 30 years of total professional experience

in MEP contracting.

At least 25 years in senior managerial roles

within the MEP industry.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar position

(Head of Operations / Operations Manager - MEP). Strong hands-on experience in

villa and high-rise building projects

in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE construction practices, authorities, and MEP standards. Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
