Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination:

Developing MEP strategies, coordinating with other project teams (architectural, structural, etc.), and managing the overall MEP process.

Design Review:

Reviewing MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.

Installation and Commissioning:

Overseeing the installation of MEP systems, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing the commissioning process to ensure proper functionality.

Subcontractor Management:

Managing MEP subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Budget and Schedule Management:

Monitoring MEP costs, tracking progress, and ensuring that the MEP work is completed on time and within budget.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring that all MEP work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Communication and Reporting:

Providing regular updates to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders on the progress of MEP work.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
