We are seeking a qualified

Electrical Engineer

with strong experience in

electrical and plumbing (MEP) works

, holding

a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the UAE

, and capable of handling

site management and administrative tasks

. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and able to lead technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities (Electrical & Plumbing):

Supervise and execute electrical and plumbing (MEP) works according to approved drawings and project specifications. Review and prepare shop drawings, load calculations, and ensure compliance with UAE standards (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC). Oversee electrical installations, lighting systems, power distribution, LV systems, and safety systems. Manage plumbing installations, water supply networks, drainage systems, pump rooms, and firefighting systems. Coordinate between electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil teams to avoid conflicts in execution. Conduct testing and commissioning for all electrical and plumbing systems. Review and approve material submittals in alignment with project requirements and UAE regulations.

Administrative & Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of technicians and site supervisors. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management and consultants. Follow up on materials, quantities, and schedules to ensure timely project execution. Attend technical meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards (HSE) on-site.

Communication & Language Skills:

Prepare technical and administrative reports in English. Handle professional email correspondence. Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, consultants, and government authorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE

in electrical and plumbing (MEP) works. Strong command of English (spoken and written). Proven experience in site management and supervising technical teams.
