WE ARE HIRING - HIGH-RISE BUILDING PROJECT (DUBAI)
Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. is currently recruiting experienced construction professionals for a major high-rise building project in Dubai. This opportunity is open to qualified candidates who are currently based in Dubai and have proven experience working on high-rise construction projects within the UAE.
The selected candidates will play a key role in managing and delivering large-scale high-rise developments, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations are met efficiently. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the MEP team across all project phases.
Oversee design review, coordination, and execution of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and building automation.
Develop and manage MEP project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring.
Ensure safety, statutory, and client standards are maintained at all times.
Manage MEP procurement, material submittals, and technical approvals.
Prepare reports, documentation, and handover packs for MEP works.
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects
Prior experience working in the UAE, specifically Dubai, is mandatory
Strong technical, coordination, and leadership capabilities relevant to the applied role
Ability to work under pressure and manage complex project requirements
Immediate joiners will be given preference
