Mep Junior Estimator
Job Description
We are currently seeking a MEP Junior Estimator(FEMALE) with 1-2 year experience in the fitout/Construction industry. candidate must have knowledge to prepare the cost estimate in review to the drawings and tender documents.
Also, should have a strong understanding of materials, labour costs , as per the current market pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. prepare cost estimates for the projects, including materials, labour and subcontractor costs.
2. Review MEP specification to understand the project scope.
3. Prepare budgeting after the project award.
4. Submit tender documentation, including bill of quantities (BOQs) and for design and build projects.
5. Propose value engineering solutions
6. Maintain an up to date database of materials, suppliers and subcontractors
7. Assist in cost control throughout the project along with the budgeting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
