Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of all MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing & Drainage, Telephone, low-current systems, and Fire Alarm & Fire Protection Systems) Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes, including Etihad We, Etisalat & Fujairah Civil Defense. Issue site observations, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate inspections and approvals with authority representatives. Maintain daily site records, inspection logs, and progress reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
5-8 years
of UAE experience, preferably with a consultant. Strong knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority procedures. Able to interpret and verify MEP shop drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation. Fluent in English (written & spoken); Arabic is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, etc. UAE driving licenseJob Type: Full-time
