Mep Inspector
Job Description
We are looking for a qualified MEP Inspector to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations across our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP works are executed according to approved designs, standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect MEP installations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection
Review shop drawings and technical submittals for compliance
Monitor site execution and ensure quality control
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues
Ensure compliance with local codes and authority requirements
Document inspections and prepare progress reports
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP inspection
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
Familiarity with DEWA, DCD, and other local authority standards
Good communication and documentation skills
