We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

MEP Inspector

to ensure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on-site meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and monitor MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Review installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Check and verify materials, equipment, and workmanship against project requirements. Prepare daily site inspection reports and highlight non-conformities. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues. Ensure safety procedures and regulations are being followed during MEP activities. Support the handover process through inspections, snag lists, and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in MEP inspection, supervision, or quality control. Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in reviewing drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents. Excellent attention to detail, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working on large-scale projects (residential, HighRrise towers , commercial, Villas or infrastructure). Certification in QA/QC, safety, or relevant engineering fields is an advantage.
