Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled
MEP Foreman
to supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for
villa and commercial renovation projects
. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing site teams and ensuring all MEP works meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise MEP site works for renovation and fit-out projects.
Coordinate with civil and finishing teams for smooth execution.
Ensure all installations (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical) are completed as per approved drawings.
Inspect and monitor quality, safety, and progress at site.
Manage manpower, materials, and daily reporting to the project engineer.
Identify and resolve technical or coordination issues on site.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in
renovation or fit-out projects
.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and renovation details.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
Leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing.
