Lead and manage MEP technicians, foremen, and subcontractors.
Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid clashes.
Read and interpret MEP shop drawings and layouts.
Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly status to the MEP Engineer or Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site HSE requirements.
Inspect installation quality and ensure corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate material delivery, storage, and usage.
Assist in testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
Support snag-list clearance and final project completion.
