to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on our construction sites in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP supervision within the construction sector (non-oil & gas), with a proven ability to manage site activities, manpower, and resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily MEP site activities including installation, inspection, and testing of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Monitor manpower allocation, material availability, and work progress to meet project deadlines.
Ensure all MEP works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues related to MEP works.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project management team.
Assist in material take-offs and verify quantities required on-site.
Requirements:
Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Foreman
in construction projects (non-oil & gas).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation techniques, and project coordination.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
Effective team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Candidates should be available in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
