MEP Foreman

Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Foreman

with a minimum of

8+ years of UAE experience

in

building construction projects

, including

high-rise buildings, residential developments, and villas

.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily

MEP site activities

, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works, in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications Supervise MEP technicians, skilled workers, and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity and workmanship quality Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to ensure smooth work sequencing and avoid clashes Ensure compliance with

health, safety, and environmental (HSE)

regulations and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings Monitor progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and targets Ensure availability, proper storage, and correct usage of MEP materials, tools, and equipment Maintain daily site records and submit progress reports to the MEP Engineer or Project Manager Identify and resolve site issues related to quality, safety, or delays, escalating when necessary Ensure completed MEP works are ready for inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover Support testing, commissioning, and snag rectification activities to achieve timely project completion

Qualifications & Experience:

High School Certificate / Diploma or equivalent (minimum qualification) Minimum

8+ years of experience

as an

MEP Foreman

in UAE building construction projects Strong hands-on experience in MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and specifications Strong leadership, supervision, and team management skills Good communication and coordination abilities
