Supervise MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
Coordinate with MEP engineers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure installation activities are performed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor workforce and subcontractor productivity.
Inspect and ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
Maintain materials inventory and coordinate timely material requisition.
Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Prepare daily progress reports and highlight issues to the site management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in MEP execution in building projects.
Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing fields.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and coordination layouts.
Strong site management and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of local authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, etc.).
Familiar with testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
