Job Title: MEP Foreman

Location: UAE (Construction Site)

Reporting to: MEP Supervisor / Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

????o?????Lead a team of technicians/helpers for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.

????o?????Allocate tasks based on daily/weekly schedules and monitor work progress.

????o?????Ensure correct installation of MEP systems according to approved shop drawings.

????o?????Report any issues or delays to the supervisor or engineer.

????o?????Ensure materials and tools are used efficiently.

????o?????Follow and enforce site safety regulations and permit requirements.

????o?????Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site technical issues.

Requirements:

????o?????5-7 years of UAE experience in a similar role.

????o?????Experience in managing laborers and handling MEP systems.

????o?????Good understanding of tools, materials, and installation procedures.

????o?????Ability to read simple drawings and measurements.

????o?????Physically fit and adaptable to site working conditions.

Hindi proficiency is a must .

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
