Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site laborers and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
Interpret and implement engineering drawings, plans, and work schedules while maintaining safety standards.
Monitor work progress, report updates to the site engineer or project manager, and ensure quality control on site.
Allocate resources, manage manpower, and resolve on-site issues promptly to meet project deadlines.
