Experienced in Electrical, Mechanical Works, including Plumbing & HVAC in Fit out Works.
Execute the construction work within the allocated time frame through the proper understanding and studying of the drawings and specifications of the project
Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP trades, including electrical and plumbing teams.
Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, plans, and local codes.
Responsible for control of the material and site labour.
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the MEP technical team.
Schedule and manage day-to-day operations of the MEP teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with project requirements.
Submits daily accurate time sheets for the operational staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
Excellent leadership skills
Must have UAE experience
Proficient in reading and implementing technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
10 years and above work experience in construction with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
